Feed the body and soul. Taste Podlasie and borderland dishes. We cook the way we like to eat — honestly, with heart and with respect for local produce. In our restaurant you will find dishes of Podlasie and Borderland cuisine, game from nearby forests, seasonal vegetables, aromatic soups and handmade dumplings. We smoke the sausages ourselves. We do not forget about those who choose vegetable cuisine — we also have Podlasie classics in vegetarian version. Bojarskie Breakfasts it's our pride. A table full of warm, fragrant dishes awaits you every morning — included in the price of your stay.
Our team
The Head Chef of Bojarski Gościniec is a man who cooks with passion and heart. From an early age, he knew that the kitchen was his place — where aroma and flavour create lasting memories. Over the years, he gained experience and refined his craft in outstanding restaurants, learning respect for ingredients, precision, and the courage to combine flavours. Today, he sets the rhythm of our kitchen, blending the culinary traditions of Podlasie with subtle influences from the Eastern Borderlands. His dishes reflect a deep love for local products, simplicity, and respect for nature — values that shape the authentic and genuine taste of Bojarski Gościniec. Every dish that leaves his kitchen combines the warmth of home-style cooking with elegance and flavours that delight the senses, all crafted with meticulous attention to every detail.
Behind the scenes of Bojarski Gościniec Restaurant is a close-knit team of people who put their hearts into making every meal and every visit truly special.
Together with our Head Chef, a team of around twenty people works here — cooks, kitchen assistants, and waitstaff — united by passion, warmth, and a genuine affection for this place. There is harmony in the kitchen: experience meets youthful energy, while smiles and sincerity create an atmosphere that guests can feel from the very first step inside. The chefs care for every detail, cooking with respect for the product and culinary tradition. The waitstaff, in turn, bring to life the unique spirit of Podlasie hospitality. Together, they form the soul of Bojarski Gościniec. Each person adds something of their own — a flavour, a gesture, a kind word, a smile — so that every guest feels truly at home.

Our interiors
Restaurant Bojarski Gościniec is a place created for shared moments — with family, friends, or colleagues. We can host approximately 120–130 guests for a single event. For our youngest visitors, we have prepared baby seats, a children’s play corner, and colouring pages, so they can feel just as welcome and comfortable as the adults.

Restaurant Hall
An atmospheric restaurant hall with round tables is at guests’ disposal, accommodating approximately 60–80 people, with the possibility of extending the space depending on the type of celebration.
Winter Terrace
Right next to it is a glazed, year-round terrace with round tables for 30—40 people — ideal for family dinners, parties and special celebrations.
Summer Terrace
During the summer season, we also invite you to our open terrace overlooking the meadow and the river, furnished with wooden benches and umbrellas — a perfect place to enjoy a meal outdoors.
Grill House
For more intimate gatherings, we offer a heated grill house that comfortably accommodates up to 45 guests. It is a cozy and atmospheric space, ideal for birthdays, communions, or corporate meetings.
