In front of you banosh (BANОŠ) - a dish of Carpathian Hucul cuisine, based on slowly cooked corn grits. Simple in composition, but full of flavor and aromas.
In our version it is creamy and expressive:
with cheese, crispy cracklings, fresh dill and parsley, with a slight hint of chili and pickled cucumber for breaking.
Warm and filling!
